So my grandma spilled water on her old laptop, she bought a new one nothings wrong with that, so I opened up her old laptop and found a 256gb m.2 ssd. I currently have a 2tb blazing fast 5400 rpm hdd so I tried installing the ssd and it isn't working. I think it's because the ssd is from a dell but I'm open to any suggestions, thanks in advance (I really want this to work as a boot drive).

I don't need this PC to run the latest triple A titles. Mostly I want to play Overwatch, Rainbow 6 and CS GO with friends.
