  1. Found out the problem. USB ports are not being powered and only 3 of them are working. Now I'm getting a watchdog error when trying to install windows on my 1tb 970 evo
  2. Yes I've tried to select it in the bios but it does not show up. Only shows my nvme
  3. So I had my computer break on me the last few days. And after some troubleshooting on Hardware I found that It was the motherboard. So I bought a new motherboard, A B550 taichi from ASRock. And now it will not find my boot device which is a USB. The USB is plugged into the motherboard because the USB 3.0 headers on the top of my case which is a Corsair Crystal Series 680x are not being powered for some reason. Even when it is plugged in to the motherboard. I have no idea how to fix this issue with the boot drive not being found. The usb is found on other pcs I have around the house, just not mine. My Hardware currently is -GeForce RTX 2080, -3700x AMD processor. -32GB of Corsair Ram 3000 MHz -Asrock B550 taichi -Rm750x corsair power supply
  4. https://pcpartpicker.com/user/Clapham/saved/cY9mgs This is the parts list i did for my last build. which was for another family member of mine. my goal is to give them only the essentials of a gaming pc with the budget i have. Also, the reason why im getting a x570 is because my brother is thinking about upgrading it so im trying to give as much room for him to do what ever he want to it in the future. but im also not knowledgeable in the topic of "future proof" to be saying that with certainty.
  5. I'm currently building my brothers gaming PCs, I have 2 PCs to build with a budget of 1500USD$ each. The brother I'm currently building one for likes the color green and would not have access to a ethernet cable; So integrated wifi would be great. I would like to have a x570 motherboard (since my brother thinks he might upgrade in the future), 3600x AMD processor, and a GPU on the proformance level of a 2070. I will not be buying monitors or peripherals just the PC. But my brother would like to at least play in 2k without any problems. I am still relatively new to the PC building world with only two pc builds under my belt, so I'm just double checking if I'm possibly doing something that is foolish without knowing it. I appreciate any and all advice for a crowd that is more experienced than me. Thank you in advance!
