  1. So, I bought a 34GK950F and I loooove it. Except for when playing a game with movement. Which is, well. Every game. To be more specific it's games like LoL and HOTS. As soon as the camera moves everything that moves on the screen gets blurry/ghosting. I don't know which term is correct. But text for example gets a trail behind it, not only text in my case. It was everything. I tried using ULMB, using the "Faster" response time, which is supposed to be 1ms. But it kept happening. I noticed that other people had this problem and it simply didn't get solved and most people just ended up returning it. Which is why I am here. I spent a ridiculous amount of time just trying to find the right monitor for me. I went through 2 other monitors before this one, those were VG27AQ and PG279Q both were total fails to me. Colors were terrible (especially the whites) and the latter couldn't even change sharpness in OSD. That plus it wasn't even sharp enough to start off with. So I looked a little now and the first one I saw was XB273KP and some Alienware one but I just cannot decide. At first I was very particular with what I wanted. Now It's not as restricted but I want to be satisfied with my purchase, not "good enough". I just want good but accurate colors, so DCI-P3 90%< Delta-E 2 or very close to it. Nice refresh rate 144hz. And a resolution equal to or above 3440 x 1440. DPI at least 109. 27"<. My computer specs are 2080 TI, Intel 9900k. I am very thankful for anyone who wants to help me in the quest of finding the right monitor for me Edit: For the sake of broadening the choices let's just say that the budget is unlimited.
  2. Ah, well I found someone who rents out a Spyder5 so I might just go with that then. No point for me to buy a new one lol
  3. Yeah that's true, I don't even have experience with other than BenQ and now having this Asus monitor for a couple of days haha. Besides, I've grown a little tired of just going in circles looking and looking xP. Although I'll keep looking into the things you sent me and my eyes open for news on this ViewSonic monitor. Do you have any experience with a particular colorimeter? I'm not sure if Xrite's one is very up to date since it was released a while ago.
  4. I get it, I'm pretty set on getting it and just try it out to see what I feel about it. From what I have read, ViewSonic makes good stuff. Also, do you know of any colorimeters that's good and works with DisplayCal? I was reading about SpyderX Pro but that has some terrible reviews and is not compatible with DisplayCal. I'be heard DisplayCal is 'the best' software wise.
  5. I've been looking a lot at XG270QG, what do you think about it?
  6. Hello! I am wondering if I could get some quick help with finding a monitor that has what I am looking for. Or at least very close to what I am looking for. Currently running a 2080 TI and i9k. For the monitor I got some pretty specific specs that I am looking for and have been having a hard time finding what I want. 100% SRGB, Delta-E < 1, G-SYNC, 1440p, 27", 120Hz - 144Hz, 1000:1 Contrast (the higher the better) I'd like it to be a VA panel for the contrast but IPS is fine too, preferably 109 PPI, 16:9. I'm quite sure after a couple of days of looking there is not one monitor that has all of these things. But I am hoping to get some close alternatives and have been to two 'tech' stores but no one there could help me in any way. No particular budget. I'm very thankful for responses
