I bought the Astro A40. I'm very happy with the mic quality (which I bought it for, not for the headphone quality) when I don't use the splitter it came with. Basically its a TRRS to seperate 3.5mm jacks for headphone and mic.
I want to replace the one it came with because when I use it the mic has LOADS of noise and only works stereo when I hold the cable just right. This does not happen if I directly use the TRRS in my phone or PS4 controller. Does anyone know a good replacement cable? I know I can buy a new one from astro's website, but I'd rather not get that one because it might be the same crap.
