Hi, my GPU is fine, however my CPU is passing r15 at 510 which is under the performance that it should be running at, any idea why? And do you know how I coudl go about lowering my background CPU usage?

My PC has been underperforming in everyday usage too, often idling at around 80-90% with little background tasks running, its affecting my ability to play VR and I'm wondering whether i may need a new PSU

I checked temps during one of the benchmarks and the temps did not exceed 50C
