No oc at all mate, 65 degrees GPU 70 CPU

No oc what so ever, it's really weird, this is why I have found so far,

Right guys,I have a Rog strix 2080 ti, it randomly switches off at the strangest of times. When I do 3d mark extreme time spy 4k, it gets to near the end and cuts out, also the fire strike ultra starts and gets about a minute in and my system just switches straight of again, also sola.timesnim just doing something mundane and it happens, I even have to flip the PSU switch and wait to restart it again. I currently have a aerocool p750 and I'm guessing for whatever reason it can't handle it, I've tried using both single PCI express connector's and also the double one and it happens with both. I'm gettin a corsid hx1200i, do you think I should be able to get it finally to work with that? I've read of other people having the same issues. If anyone could give me some insight that would be great.
