Is AMD Phenom II X4 955 a better choice? Or is it not compatible with my motherboard?

I don't really have a budget, just trying to make things a bit better. If I had to say, it would be around 100-200 USD The Geforce GTX 650 is around 30 USD, AMD Athlon 64 X2 5600+ is 5 USD, but I am not sure about the CPU. The ram I think it is easy to find and it is pretty inexpensive.

I want to replace the CPU to AMD Athlon 64 X2 5600+ ; memory to be 8GB,; maybe replace HHD to SSD or just add an SSD; replace this card to GeForce GTX 650. I will be getting used stuff so I didn't provide the links to stores. I would appreciate if you told me if there is any issues or is there better options. PS. Sorry if my English is not the best, it's the Balkan blood.
