  1. Close the topic please, I resolved the issue myself after a week.
  2. Hey... So I have this problem.. Today I enabled fTPM on my amd cpu, windows 11 launched and everything was working. Later on some applications requested I have TPM & Secure boot enabled, so I went into BIOS and enabled Secure boot to "Standard" mode, and made sure it's enabled. However the problem is that now if I ever try to get into BIOS, I just blackscreen and I'm forced to turn off my pc/restart it. Once I start pressing the key to get into BIOS, the mouse turns off it's light, same of keyboard, and it just stays there in a black screen. If I don't try to get into BIOS, I just get into Windows 11 as normal... I've looked around but I can't find anybody having this same issue as I have.. After I enabled the Secure boot and TPM2.0 the application still is not working, even thought both are enabled.. So the APP does not work and I can't go to Bios to check it. I have a Ryzen 5 5600x Palit Gtx1060 6gb DDR4 16gbx2 Corsair Vengence 3200 Kit Gigabyte x570 Gaming X motherboard, F36 Version of Bios. ( All worked before secure boot was enabled) The error message is displayed after enabling both Secure boot and TPM enabled (image 1) Computer specificaitons (image 2,3,4,5,6) Any help or advice would very.. very be appericiated.. Thank you very much. ( I hold shift on restart button to get into bios normally, or spam del or f12) If I don't boot in bios, my pc does not freeze on black screens and the mouse and keyboard does not disable lights.
  3. I expected them to be identical to the model provided on the websiete.
  4. Thank you for the responses. I managed to update the bios. This was the thing that threw me off about that specific board on websiete. I have 3x 3.0GB Sata & 1x 6.0 GB Sata ... And it's not like this at this model.. that's why I was soo very confused and lost..
  5. First of all, thank you for opening this topic to check it out.. I'm normally the guy that deals with the tech stuff alone but this time it's different, I can't figure it out. I'm unable to find the exact version of my motherboard, and therefore I cant update the bios for it to accept my new cpu. I've checked almost every variation of my motherboard on the asus websiete but in the downloadable "user manual" it never showed me the exact board I'm using. The specific thing I'm going on about is that I have 3x Sata 3gb Connections and 1x Sata 6gb connection. Almost 90% of the boards I checked the manuals of had Sata 3gb x4 , none of 3 of (3gb) and 1 of (6gb) So I never could find the exact bios to update the board, and I'm in a real dead-end here. I currently use a i5 2400 cpu, and in a few days I'll be getting a i7 3770, It's the same LGA 1155 socket, but I'm afraid if it'll work for me without a updated bios, as in the cpuZ , it shows the bios version was last updated 2011 -ish... and the i7 3770 was released a year or 2 later.. I don't know if my board will be damaged if I use the same socket CPU but it not being compatable, I'm really .. just lost.. I have no idea what I should do.. Some versions of my motherboard support 8gb of ram , some 16gb. Some support 2nd Gen i3 i5 i7 & 3rd Gen i3 i5 i7 ... I just really really need some help this time ... I can't do this on my own. My really old motherboard is just.. a real problem I guess. The information about my system I took snips and uploaded them as images. I'll check the topic frequently, multiple times a day... and if you decide to help me, thank you from the bottom of my heart, because I truely am really lost and confused on what might happen if my cpu and motherboard are same socket but not compatible due to the old bios version. If you can help in any way... please do , I would really really appericiate it.. And thank you again..
