So i recently watched the Macs are SLOWER than PCs video from April.
Now, Linus generally speaks about laptops and notebooks. I'm looking into buying a new imac (non-pro), as i have a home music studio and practically live in Logic. Does this overheating situation still apply to iMacs? DAWs and plugins can take a lotta processing power as i'm sure anyone here knows, so i'm afraid if they're overheating, well then am i just wasting my money getting a new iMac? Or is it more their smaller machines like the 'books and the minis? Appreciate any info before i go spending 4k on a new computer, y'know? Thanks.
