Why do I have to buy a mac? I've done iOS dev with a VM Mac and is the same. As well, I need this for game dev and gaming. The cost of a Mac is even or more than this build.

This connector is used to supply additional 12V current to the motherboard. Already have a monitor recently bought this: LG 34WK650-W 34. So, Any help is appreciated.

I use VMWare have macOS Mojave sometimes is a little slow in performance. Don't know how to tweak to have the same experience as using a Mac, but works.
