I have tested different OS like Linux, Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows 10 and problem is on other OS as well!
So what is "windows scaling" got in your heads now!? How can "windows scaling" produce problems like low draw distance, object pop up's, shimmering textures bad AA?
For the electrical cause of this mayhem on our devices we need a proof so don't exclude electricity!

Something tells me that I wll found the damn fix for this god damn problem.
 
It is not allways same intesitity of shimmering and pop ups in the games.
One day are couple jagged edges, shimmering and pop ups second day is worse than last day.
 
It needs only to crack in my head what and how to resolve this damn problem.
 
I will answer in couple days with fix, wish me luck guys.
 
Edit: I will be silent on this forum until I found the fix but I will have eye on this forum.

The shimmering and pop up looks like they are affected by something e.g sometimes I have low and sometimes high intensity in Arma 3.

P.S Sorry if I offended you but your statement about software bug or how you think that games are supposed to look like trash don't hold a water.
Not every PC, console or mobile is infected with this "problem" and you ignored what other guy said about his PC where his PC that he sold works normally at others guy house.
Again I'm so sorry because my behavior.

Fun fact: Not everyone's PC or console have this type of the graphic abnormality. Look for yourself other YouTube video's where the game image is without this "problem" of ours and stop ensure people that games are supposed to look like trash because there is no point.

Let them to belive in what they want to belive.There is no hope to find a fix on this forum. 
 
There is another "troll" who assure other people that is nothing wrong with our PC but he excluded other problems like low draw distance, object pop ups etc like we are idiots who don't know to change graphics settings in game our in Nvidia/Amd control pannel.
Because of this people we have 129. pages of this topic.

Why are you so angry? It's a forum, where there is always people who will disagree with you. 
 
I'm not all-knowing, nor telling people what to do with their money. You are just unnecessaryly aggressive, and unable to obey simple rules of the forum which clearly tells us to be polite and understanding to each other. 

I have AVR.AVR didn't changed anything.

As i mentioned earlier, i think its our best option to talk to the linus tech tips team.

How about we write a formal letter with a petition to the linus tech tips team maybe over a moderator, thats the only way i can think of that will grant some form of progress, all those theories wont get us anywhere.
