I've finally assembled all the parts for my PC build, and I tried to test it outside of the case to see if everything's working. For a first time, I was happy to see that almost everything is working well. Aside from the GPU.
It's a Powercolor RX 5700 XT Red Dragon. On every launch so far, only one of the two fans have started spinning. No graphics card is detected in the BIOS. Trying to update to the 2020 Adrenalin drivers for the card resulted in "This app can't run on your PC". Device manager sees it as the generic ATI output. The only thing that recognises it in some capacity is GPU-Z, which can tell that it's a Powercolor 5700 XT. Everything else is working normally, and I'm getting a display out from the HDMI port.
I could really use any advice going.
