It would if I didn't work in a computer shop.

So I got this mother board and I want to know what it's capable of and if it's worth spending time on.

Well so far I've managed to find a sound card that works for this I've got a Radeon 5450 for a graphics card and I'm attempting to make it water cooled tho I might skip that. The issue I run into is for one it's a server and two the space is smaller than my laptop that I have to work with that goes around the actual server parts which I plan to keep.

So I've made a post before about the sound from this thing but my true intentions are to attempt to turn this beast into a gaming rig. I'm looking for ideas and opinions on how or what to do or if it'll just be a big waste of time and money.

I've looked through and I've gotten it from a jet engine to a semi but it's still unbearable

So I use my server for everything. Unfortunately it's the Poweredge 2900 which means I've got a jet engine in my living room. I live in an upstairs apartment so I can't exactly relocate it. Is there any way to fix the noise of this monster? Edit: I've gotten the noise down a bit playing in the bios but it's still way to loud for what I'm using it for( I've been exploring turning it into a gaming rig)
