  2. ive tied at 3 different locations 2 of them were the same but 1 of them if was a little better but was still happening. I also thought it was power so i had the outlet rewired and grounded and plugged to its own breaker and i have tried a power conditioner different surge protectors and a ups, UPS seemed to help but didnt resolve it either.
  3. ok heres why i dont think its windows, because i bought a prebuilt from nzxt and they tested it and it was smooth before they sent it out and when i plugged it in it has the same issue as the pc i already had.
  4. I have Windows 10 pro right now i have tried reinstalling it and buying a new windows 10 home and a new windows 10 pro.
  5. Hi, so I have been getting frametime spikes and stutters and microstutters across almost all games on 5 different PCs, 4 prebuilt and 1 built by me, I have tried reinstalling windows 10 and buying both windows 10 home and pro again, I have tried 4 different moniters, 60hz, 120, 144hz, and 240hz and at 4 different locations, It happens in offline and online games, I have tried VSYNC, GSYNC, Adaptive Sync, Capping FPS below hz rate, Almost every nvidia control panel variation, reinstalling drivers, installing old drivers, new drivers, reinstalling windows, buying new windows, replacing every cord, tried different keyboards and mouses, updating bios, different bios settings, xmp off, on, so I figured it might be a power issue so I had an electrician come by and rewire the outlet and connect it straight to the breaker and that did not fix the issue so I also tried a power conditioner, a UPS, multiple surge protectors, and many more thing that I cant think of at the moment to try to fix this issue, I have had this issue ever since I got my first pc 3 years ago, I understand if you could not help me with this, In that case could you please refer me to someone who can, Thank You
  6. with the 2070 the fps doesn't get lower than 300 and I capped it at 140 and when the framtime bumps like that then there is a visual stutter and the fps drops by around 5 when it shouldnt drop at all and the frametime should be a straight line without bumps or spikes
  7. It dropped 4-5 fps and the frametime spiked and thats when the stutter happened
