My sapphire pulse nitro rx570 has been running rough since i got it. the gpu during games will cut the fans off , even with a set fan curve or just a single rpm set. During bench-marking on kombuster it seems to hold up fine tho. reaching the same temperature and higher but the fans don't shut off. I have one single stick of 16gb ram cause its an itx board.

recently i bought a used rx 570 . the seller had said it worked fine. i had installed it into my computer and booted . i had done a ddu before hand as well . at first the card ran like any normal no driver card then mid way through driver install the cards fans cut out and the gpu stops and the screen just goes black. now every time i restart the pc the card gets to post screen and then shuts off. i tried everything from bios flashes to updates to re installing my card . system : gigabyte b450 i aorus pro wifi mobo , 16gb gskill aegis ddr4 , evga 500 bq bronze 80+, amd ryzen 3 1200 . windows 10 64 bit please help!!!!!!!
