Sorry but here is a silly question, your HDMI cable is connected to the GPU correct ? not on Motherboard. Also Post code 00 indicates something is wrong with CPU,memory problem or BIOS chip. can you take a picture of the 8 pins on the top left side that you connected to the PSU ?

Ok, the problem is simple, i tell you what to do, fast and easy. First of ALL you have a fantastic CPU. But unfortunately it does not have integrated graphics, so you need a GPU, this you can verify on every site reviewing the AMD 3900x. : First check your motherboard: When you boot you ll have to pass the post codes, I am assuming it will stick to VGA (3 leds above the 24 pin power cord). If yes, this verifies that the CPU does not have Integrated Graphics and you need one to first pass the post codes and then start BIOS.

Hi, so I have this problem, I am building a new pc , with X570 pro ASUS prime and 3700x Ryzen , psu is Be quiet 11 650w. for some reason when i connect just the 8 pins on the cpu slots Bios wont work , but when I extreme OC it , Bios boots. Any thoughts ?
