I hope LTT takes a look at iOS 13 soon, and then maybe this issue will get some traction in tech media because I find it maddening. iOS has never had a native solution to simply schedule "Do not Disturb" mode at various times. You can set one schedule that will occur at the same time every day. Have classes at different times on different days? Too bad. My Nokia from 2007 had more functionality. With Automation within the Shortcuts app that is now native to iOS, there was a glimmer of hope this would be corrected. But, no. If you set up a "Script" in "Automations" to turn on Do Not Disturb mode at a certain time, all that happens is a notification shows up from the shortcuts app that will turn on Do Not Disturb if you select it; the phone will ring as normal if there is no input. Location-based triggers do the same thing. That simply isn't automation.
