  1. So I've not yet found a solution and can't believe I'm the only one on this planet to experience this issue. So side question, what would controll 144Hz, is it the monitor screen or motherboard. If I was to replace a component what would the general consensus be, replace mainboard or screen. And would an upgraded screen work, if mine is a ver1 and I install a ver2
  2. Hi LTT forum guys, Thought I'd come give this a try as I've been looking about for solutions and so far coming up short. I have an Acer 27" XF27OH monitor that's been working flawlessly for years till now. Some very strange behaviour when in 144Hz mode, the left half of the screen is very pixelated and the right half is perfectly fine. If I drop in Windows down to 60Hz everything looks normal. I have tried the following: * drivers new and previous * Tried DP format 1.1 and 1.2 from Monitor OSD * replaced the cable (Display Port, tried in both ports of the graphics card RTX2060). Looking for other thoughts and suggestions please.
  3. I'm having exactly the same issue with my 5 month old PC and I'm hoping it's the PSU as well. Switch off PC, power back on, motherboard LED comes on showing power comes through, when I hit the power on switch there's a momentary flash from the LED on one of the fans and then no power, doesn't happen again till I let the power dissapate from the PSU. Will be testing tonight by firstly, removing everything out the case, re-seating CPU (with some new goop, may as well). Then trying with existing PSU out the case, failing that I'll try my old PC's PSU (Ironically it's more wattage than my new one).
