i bought me a new pc. I have the Asus b450-f motherboard, Ryzen 7 2700x,...
I’am trying to install my Lan driver to acces internet on my pc with ethernet cable but the Asus drivers which i installed online on there website won’t open. I install the driver and click on the Asussetup.exe but nothing happens afterwards. Then I tried to install it from intel(r) but still nothing. After that I put the cd I got from Asus with my motherboard into my laptop and put all the files into a flashdrive. Then i tried to install the driver with the Asus driver installer that was on the CD. On the installer you can select which driver you want to install. I select the Lan driver and click install. After the installation is finished it says “your installation is finished please restart your pc” i restart my pc but still have no internet acces or better said my ethernet cable is still not recognised. So i go back to the Asus installer to see if it’s installed or not and it still says not installed. I have tried so many things and nothing have worked for me to get my ethernet cable working on my pc. When I connect the lights off the ethernet port don’t even blink but the pc does recognise the adapter. The adapter is the intel I200.
please someone help me out!
