  1. I've got it. It's a Steam Client issue. Or at least I've narrowed down the issue to something that's not related to my hardware or the drivers on my computer. It's odd, because when disconnecting my computer completely from the internet, the issue persisted on all the applications that were affected. But when I deliberately target the Steam Client Online service, even while staying online on the computer and on the games itself, the issue goes away. I had even uninstalled and reinstalled the Steam Client and all of it's components and redownloaded it directly from the website and it was still happening. I will need to contact Steam Support for this particular issue as it is their program that's causing the issue. Thank you for the assistance everyone, once I have a full solution I'll post it here as well to anyone who might be having similar issues.
  2. Still looking for help with this issue. I was able to reinstall windows on a different hard drive, and it did not fix the issue. I then reinstalled it AGAIN on the SSD where it's supposed to be. So if anyone else has anything else that I might be able to try, again I'd greatly appreciate the help.

  4. Yes, the only RGB software I have installed is iCue, and no other programs are running. Anything running in the background such as skype, itunes, Geforce Experience and discord were all also closed. I do not have any overclocking program installed on my computer at this time.
  5. Reinstalling Windows on a different drive might be an extreme route for a first step. It's definitely something that I've considered, and it's not that I won't do it, I was just hoping that I could find someone who's experienced a similar issue and to see what they did to fix the issue. If no one else knows what to do or there aren't any other ideas, I can certainly give it a try.
  6. I've got an odd situation happening with my computer. Started with a game called Risk of Rain 2, started noticing the game locks up for about 2 seconds every 30 seconds or so. It's almost unplayable now, and I've tried lots of different troubleshooting steps. Uninstalled/reinstalled the game (I've tried the same Hard Drive and the SSD on my system), I've checked for recent updates for drivers in both Geforce Experience and any windows update, as well as the device manager to see if an update was needed there as well. It's not a network issue as the game is playable offline, and the issue persisted even after turning off the internet on my computer (unplugged the ethernet cable, it has no wi-fi capabilities. I started seeing this issue in specific other games like Tabletop Simulator and in Stick Fight the Game, and is even happening on the Steam Client as well. Again, making sure that each of these programs are up to date and that there were no security programs or other disruptive programs that might be preventing them from running properly. Stranger yet, any games that are graphically demanding, ie; Monster Hunter World, The Witcher 3, Bioshock infinite, are all capable of running super smoothly (and that's with OBS Studio running in the background to record/stream gameplay) with absolutely no issues whatsoever. I've also tried testing games using other clients like the Epic Game Store (groan), and I did a similar test, playing Batman Arkham Asylum as the high demanding game, and Enter The Gungeon as the low demanding game, but neither of the games experienced issues. I've posted a video on youtube that shows exactly what the stutter/freezes look like. The only thing that I've noticed between the games and programs experiencing the issue is that the GPU drops down to zero every 20 seconds or so before "reviving" itself in the middle of the process. I have task manager opened during the video to show this. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mcYaHnNzQ54 Any help to solve this problem is greatly appreciated!
