I have been disabling down all the components of my system, trying to find the issue with my pc. I am now on open bench with single ram stick, no gpu, no ssd booted into windows install utility. After some time it just freezes or just reboots. Switched back to my 2200g and it isn't crashing. Could it really be a dead Cpu? p.s. I have been using this cpu for 2 years with no issues. I wanted to reinstall my windows, just to clean my system up. But while moving/ resizing my partition in Windows Usb install utility it just froze and corrupted even my old windows install. I cannot even finish my windows installation as it just freezes, hangs or reboots.

I am using Cpu - 5700G Mobo - Gigabyte b450 aorus pro Gpu - Gigabyte Rx 7600 I just ordered Radeon Rx 7600, but found out that it uses pcie gen 4 x8. My motherboard only supports Pcie gen 3 so that already is limiting me in terms of performace. I heard that using Apu with added Dgpu still uses extra pcie lanes. How screwed am i ?

So basically i bought Saphire pulse RX580 4gb card and it doesn't work. I plugged it in my motherboard using 6 pin connector and the fans spun up and shutdown soon as i booted into windows. The card worked in bios and in safemode. I tried uninstalling AMD IGpu driver and was able to boot into windows normally, only the card was recognised as default display adapter. After i tried to install drivers the card shutoff and fans stopped. I bought a new PSU and used 8pin connector this time as i thought maybe the card didn't have enough power, Love and Behold nothing changed. I tried other PCI slots and updated Bios, forced Discrete Gpu and disabled IGPU. While using IGpu it still recognised the rx580 in device manager and i am able to flash the card or oc it in afterburner if needed. I am so lost! I am starting to think that web shop sold me a B-stock card.
