  1. Update: did not work, got 3 min into playing until it crashed.
  2. Reseated CPU and it booted into windows fucking instantly. Gonna try playing some games at base clock speed and see what happens, if everything turns out alright I'll bump clockspeed back up with intel auto boost and see if all goes well.
  3. I've tried running 1 ram stick at a time before already unfortunately still crashed. I'll reseat CPU and see if anything is out of place there. Otherwise the only thing I can think of is bad mobo. It takes a lot longer to boot into windows than it should for having it stored on an SSD, sometimes waiting for like 2min to get past the spinning dots and get to welcome screen.
  4. Update: i just crashed while watching Netflix with Skype voice call active.
  5. For the most part just prime95 that I've tested on. BL3 has been game of choice since I've had to refresh windows as I was using RX480 before I upgraded, but the crashing was also happening with that GPU as well, also on BL3. I can DL some other games later and see if happens there as well. Conditions in game can vary, sometimes its in the middle of firefight, other times I'm just looking at static stuff or browsing through inventory. There was a point on previous windows install that I would crash about 30seconds after logging in, but lowering cpu clock speed to base (3.6ghz) allowed me to log in just fine. After bios update I'm back to default settings so regular intel boost has me around 4.5ghz (instead of base clock at 3.6ghz) but im not crashing this time around until I load up a game. Keep in mind I'm not getting any BSOD or error messages, I'm just going straight to black screen and PC restarts. GPU will be at about 60-65% usage and CPU sits at around 65-70% as well during fights. Temps are around 65c I have been through several installs of windows and every driver I have is up to date.
  6. Specs: i7-9700k EVGA 2080super Black MSi MPG Z390 Gaming Plus CX750M Samsung Evo 860 Corsair Vengeance 2x8gb sticks Windows 10 Build 17763 Basically whenever PC is under load in-game my PC will crash or lose power and restart, however whenever I'm stress testing under different settings the PC seems to be fine, as well as during normal usage. I've tried just about every trouble shooting option that I could. Updated chipset drivers, updated bios to latest, tried different clock speeds on cpu, replaced PSU, replaced sata cables, just about anything I can think of under the sun. At this point I have no idea how to troubleshoot this or how to tell what part could be bad. Any help is greatly appreciated.
