I wish it was something that simple, but yes, the PSU is 'on'. My CPU fan and my VC fan spin when turning on the comp. Just can't get anything on the screen to enter bios.

No leds on the itx mobo. I know, but the FAQ on ASRock website said to try it. Knew it was pointless, just trying to cross every t and dot every i.

I've cleared the CMOS, swapped out memory, dropped down to one stick of mem, and vice versa. I've checked all my connection, checked my monitor, tried the on board hdmi, and removing the video card. I'm at a loss for getting this thing to post. Any ideas? Thanks. Edit: board is not installed in the case yet. Additionally, stock CPU fan and video card fan both spin, no beeps from mobo.
