  1. OHHH , ok i talked to the support from hp and they said just that thtat bios goes up only to v6.xx and rx 570 need bios v.8xx that dosen t exist for that motherboard
  2. I am asking cause my stock hp board won t accept the rx 570 (mobo 2ABF foxccon) and all because the bios version can t go up to the v8.xx bios , it goes up only to v6.xx ; but this one has the same chipset so I am woried !
  3. Can I use rx 570 in this mobo , is it v8.xx compatible ? (1155 MSI H61M-P22-B3)
  4. I asked on the HP forum and some thec guru replied this to me : There is nothing wrong with your PSU. The RX 570 will not work in your PC because the BIOS only goes up to v7.16. You need a PC with a BIOS v8.xx or newer to run that model graphics card. Basically, your PC is limited to a Nvidia GT(X) 6xx video card, or an AMD Radeon HD 6xxx video card.
  5. I need BIOS v8.xx or newer to run my model graphics card , latest bios update is only v6.xx can i mod the bios or am I dooooooomed ! MOBO : FOXCONN 2ABF
  6. Ok i m thinking of getting the coolermaster 650 w 80+ bronze power supply , what do you think of it ? (Cooler Master 650W MWE Bronze 650 napajanje (MPX-6501-ACAAB-KE)
  7. The psu is a brand new thermaltake TR2 S 500W .
  8. I recently bought a RX 570 for my HP Pro 3400 prebuilt. The PSU was upgraded before to Thermaltake TRS2 S (500W). I installed the GPU in the PC, tried to turn it on, but I got no picture on the display. GPU fans were spinning. I tried everything from disabling iGPU, clearing CMOS, playing with BIOS, changing through HDMI, DVI and display port, trying with safe mode etc. My suspect is that the PSU, even though it's "500W", is too weak. I don't have other PC to try it. I also tried connecting the monitor to my motherboard when the GPU was connected. There was no signal. When I removed 8 pin connector from GPU (GPU was still left in the PC), the PC booted and the display was working. Another reason to think that PSU is too weak, I guess that the GPU draws too much power? Full specs: The psu is a brand new thermaltake TR2 S 500W . HP Pro 3400 CPU: Intel i5 2400 at 3.1GHz MOBO: Foxconn 2ABF, BIOS version is 7.16, which is latest, I think. RAM: 4GB DDR3 1333MHz SSD: Kingston A400 240GB (GPU: MSI RX 570 ARMOR 4GB OC edition)

  13. So , I recently decided to upgrade my pc , and I got my selfa a kingstone a400 240 gb SSD , loaded and installed windows 10 on it , and I formated my old HDD that is faulty ( bad sectors ... ) , so I am wondering if I use them together (SSD for windows and important stuff and HDD for games ) am I risking anything , is there any risk that if HDD decides to die it may cause damage to my SSD and other stuff ?
