  1. Makes sense. Uh lets just do Esports: Rainbow Six Siege AAA: BF5 High Req: Rust Usage low enough to have discord running in background? 8Gb of ram currently but can be uped to 16 Not sure what else to include
  2. What is the best Graphics card I can get before running into a significant bottleneck running on a fx-4300?
  3. New build is stuck in a bootloop, constantly loads windows and then reboots or tries to repair disk before reboot.
  4. Just finished up a build and I can’t seem to get it to even make a post beep. I’ve swapped to another motherboard, display, cable, graphics card, reseated ram in different patterns to check for a dead one, and have tested that my power supply works. I'm quite sure that my cpu is dead. How do I test this? I have also booted without a cpu fan and the chip does appear to become hot Parts: Fx4300 Gigabyte 990fxa-ud3/Msi 760GM-P23 Kingston ddr3-1333 XFX R7 240/ Asus 660ti apveita AS450W Astro (pulled from another build, It should work)
  5. Yeah I see now that I'm a complete idiot, after some looking around on the interwebs I now have put in the ISO with Rufus and It seems ready to boot, lets see if this works and or if I'm completely wrong on how to do this
  6. Not sure if I was doing it right but I downloaded the iso on a flash drive, and removed the boot drive(The drive I already had and the one that was being detected) and was left with a black screen with a cmd kind of look as there was a blinking underscore. I couldn't get it to boot and was only left was that.
  7. Copied from a Reddit post I had made, first time posting so sorry if this formats horribly. Just got a new hard drive and plugged it in When I tried to partition it the drive didn’t show up. After a quick reboot I checked the bios and saw it was recognized, opened up device manager and it was there as well, but never has it been in Disk Management. I have tried multiple sata slots and have the current drivers, seatools doesn’t even detect it. I was able to use diagnostics in the bios (There were 2) The first one said that I had failed but I didn't believe it, in the second program it ran perfectly smooth and completed all short tests I can do including a DST which I saw a fail for in the first program. Upon further inspection I saw that it was my already installed drive that had some problems. Screen shot of device and disk managers : https://imgur.com/a/Qv3GSU2 The properties tab is the one that I can’t get windows to detect. The partitions already there are a single 500GB drive parted out. I’m not sure why but I’m just testing this drive on a prebuilt as my current computer is dead.
