    when u say GUI not loading u mean command line interface right?? if so try startx if shows error install any desktop environment then reboot and again try startx

    might be some driver issue with amd gpu , try it with some debian side stable os

    i would suggest use ethernet for gaming maybe some electrical appliance near your pc or router is causing interference.
