  1. Thanks for the reply kilrah. Unfortunately, I already replaced the sata cable and the sata port on the mini to no avail . How do I look at the event viewer though?
  2. Thanks for the replies, the performance is fine, but only after the drive stops reporting 100% usage. The issue is that while the drive is reporting this, it is slower than an HDD. I just tried this fix from Microsoft, but to no avail. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/3083595/task-manager-might-show-100-disk-utilization-on-windows-10-devices-wit Also, Electronics Wizardy, why do you say it's a good chance the drive is bad exactly? From the research I did, it doesn't seem like that's the issue, but i suppose it's still possible. EDIT: I just ran crystal disk info here is a screenshot.
  3. Hello, I have a 1TB WD blue SSD set as M: drive that is acting strangely out of the blue, no pun intended. Anytime my computer either boots up or wakes from sleep, the M: drive is immediately pegged at 100% usage. This makes the drive slower than a slow hard drive. The catch is that Windows shows zero data is actually bring transferred to our from the drive. Stranger still if I wait a bit of time, the drive will stop it's unreasonable usage, and it will perform completely normally as if there was no issue at all. Like I said before, however, this will happen again after a restart or it wakes from sleep. Any ideas to fix this? I'm checking if the drive is dying, but I don't think it is.
  4. They did, and I flashed my board. It still has a problem. Current bios version Fa - https://www.gigabyte.com/us/Motherboard/X570-I-AORUS-PRO-WIFI-rev-10/support#support-dl-bios -EDIT- Also, didn't it help them CPUs clock a bit higher as well?
  5. Hi all, Recently my 3700x started constantly boosting to over 4GHz at idle and ryzen master reports 81-83C at idle. I don't know why this happened, I haven't changed anything recently, this seems to have happened overnight. I have my mobo's latest bios and the latest amd chipset drivers (1.8.19.0915). Please help!
