  1. It should be, the 8 gb version of my ram is with the same mhz. After my bios update, I haven't crashed yet. Also the new ram that I'm upgrading to is on the QVL, so hopefully all of this fixes it.
  2. Both kits are version 4.32. The older kit part number is CMW16GX4M2C3200C16. The new kit part number is CMW16GX4M2C3200C16W.
  3. Bios V4602. Both old and new RAM are DDR4 Corsair Vengeance Pro 3200 Mhz 16 gb. I'm going to run a bios update right now, as the latest version is 4901
  4. I've tried underclocking, changing power settings, uninstalling and reinstalling my gpu and ram, updating bios, changing bios settings, and swapping out my old psu for a new one. I'm upgrading my ram today when it comes in through amazon, so hopefully that's the issue. Otherwise, I'm thinking it's my motherboard.
  5. Hi, For the past few months, I have been getting bsods. I swapped out my power supply and that fixed it previously, but now I have the same bsods again. I have included the performance monitor report and sysnative app report. The bsods I'm receiving are: kernel_heap_mode_corruption, system_service_exception, and a few others but I forgot what they are. My pc crashes when I try playing R6 siege & Escape From Tarkov. After it crashes and I reboot, it sometimes crashes on startup. OS - Windows 10 64 bit Is the OS an OEM version (came pre-installed on system) or full retail version (YOU purchased it from a retailer)?: custom build, bought key pc age: slightly over 2 years Age of OS installation - have you re-installed the OS?: yes, my OS got corrupted before from bsods CPU model: ryzen 5 3600 Video Card model: rtx 2070 super MotherBoard - (if NOT a laptop): rog strix b450-f gaming Power Supply - brand & wattage (if laptop, skip this): EVGA 650 Bq, 80+ Bronze 650W, Semi Modular System Manufacturer: N/A Desktop perfmon report.zip SysnativeFileCollectionApp.zip
  6. Hi, at random times whether I'm playing games or not my pc's fps drops to 1. This includes all processes, programs, typing, and movement of the mouse. I formerly used to have kernel power errors which was from having a bad PSU. I swapped out my PSU and those have completely stopped. I have 2 pairs of Corsair Vengeance DDR4 3200 Mhz ram sticks (8 gb per stick), however when I have all 4 in my pc I get BSODs regarding Kernel Mode Heap Corruption. I was wondering whether or not this was an issue with my MOBO ram slots or the ram itself. I'm pretty sure when I tried using both pairs separately (16 gb only) for a few months I have not encountered issues (I have a white pair and a black pair), however using both together creates these BSODs. That's what makes me believe it is my ram slots on my MOBO. My specs are: GPU: 2070 Super CPU: Ryzen 5 3600 PSU: EVGA 650 Bq 80+ Bronze 650W MOBO: rog strix b450-f RAM: Corsair Vengeance 3200 Mhz 996981447_eventlogs.evtx
  7. I tried both of these solutions, everything has been better for the most part. I'm not sure if my PC still reboots by itself, I'll try keeping the power on tonight. The only issue I have now really is reboots due to Kernel Power 41 (63) errors. Would replacing my PSU be the best bet for fixing this?
  8. I built my PC and it has been working smoothly for about a year and 3 months. Since I moved to my apartment for college, my PC has been acting up. At night after I shutdown my PC, sometimes it will boot up by itself, regardless of the time. Sometimes games will change resolution and my monitors (I have 2) will flicker on and off about 5 times. This also happens on boot up. My M.2 NVME SSD was failing before when playing Tarkov, and causing shutdowns, but since I moved Tarkov to my other SSD it has been alright. I cannot find any errors/logs about the boot up in windows event viewer, and I have tried scanning my PC with Norton and MalwareBytes. My CPU/GPU temps have been fine, and so have the usages, however my PC seems to be performing underwhelmingly for its specs. My OS is Windows 10 64 bit. GPU: RTX 2070 Super, CPU: Ryzen 5 3600, Mobo: ASUS ROG STRIX B450-F, PSU: Thermaltake Smart 700W 80+ White, 32 GB (8 x 4) RAM Corsair Vengeance.
  9. My problem is somewhat similar, I have terrible download speed using an ethernet connection on my gaming pc, but the download speed on Steam and LoL updates are at the speed I would expect for my maximum internet capability. You might have the same problem as me/a similar one. This is the thread link I made about my issue yesterday. If someone gives a solution on my thread you should try it out. This doesn't really help right now, but I hope it will in the future.
  10. Hi, so I just realized that my gaming PC's connection has been slower than my gaming laptop & school laptop when it comes to internet access. Using wifi or my desktop's ethernet cable makes both of my laptops have my max internet speed, which is clearly what I want on my gaming PC. I did a speed test on google and apparently my desktop's internet speed is only 40 mbps, while my laptops have around 280 mbps with and without ethernet cables. My PC has no wifi card, so I can't do a speed test without the ethernet cable. I have: reinstalled my network card drivers used CCleaner to check for malware used my antivirus (Norton Security Online) to check for malware reset my network settings on my PC tried multiple ethernet cables turned off/disconnected any other electronics from wifi None of these have made an improvement whatsoever. My router/modem setup is maximized for gaming (tbh I forgot the specs and I'm too lazy to check them), and my network card is a Realtek pcie gbe family controller.
