what i mean by this is usb 3.2 cable converted to HDMI/DVI and then plug it on external monitor to see if it matches the speed or not without any stuttering, I think the usb 3.2 have 10gb/s speed. But thats all i know about it.

I don't have any knowledge in this, Anyway can USB 3.2 port from a laptop (asus tuf a15) Run a 1080p 240hz external monitor or higher? Just wanted to get the extra refresh rates maybe if it can do 4k ill consider buying a 4k 240hz. I heard the thunderbolt 3 is an overkill for 4k but thats another topic ill discuss later.

So i played myself some bullet hell games just to see if my 60hz laptoponitor has any effect on it, i noticed in the game when i tried grazing/dodging, sometimes the bullet just kills me for about 0.5 Second earlier and sometimes i tried to perfectly death bomb but 1/4 time it actually happen (usally 1/2 times on my pc monitor) Any more game suggestion that the refresh rate actually matters?
