HELP! Pc turns off after starting straight away

I’ve built my pc everything fits I’ve wired it perfectly and for some reason it turns off like 1 second after I click the on button plz help!

Spilt water on pc

I just spilled water on my pc and the screen went black it still turns on but I camt get anything to show up on screen anyone know how to fix this. All the fans spin I don’t know what to do. HELP!!!
