  1. CPU: Ryzen 5 3600 MOBO: ASUS Prime X570-P RAM: 16 GB Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4-3600 STORAGE: Samsung 970 EVO 500GB VIDEO CARD: MSI Radeon RX 5700 Mech OC PSU: Gigabyte B700H I build a new PC and install Windows 10. Everything is going great until I enable Precision Boost Overdrive and it runs a stress test. While it's running the system restarts and enters a boot loop. No BSOD. After a couple of days of failing to get the thing to boot I force the CPU to only run 2 cores in the BIOS and now everything works like before. Is this a hardware/power issue?
