    I tried using a gtx 770 2gb that works on a separate PC i built but i still get the same issue.

    Hello ive been having some issues with my new build. The problem is that when i try booting the pc the fans speed up then slow down, the speaker slow beeps 5 times then shuts off completely. I've tried buying a new cpu, new motherboard and ram and the same problem occurs. I've cleared the cmos, used a new working power supply but still nothing. PC specs.
