  1. I wasn't looking forward to do this but i thought that, i expected maybe a common concensus but whatever. Thanks for the aid!
  2. Hey guys i'm about to build my first pc and the last thing to consider is what the title says, basically if i should orient the cpu cooler towards the back of the case or the top. My cooler is a Noctua NH-U14S and the case is a corsair crystal 460x and the fan configuration i had in mind for the case is 3x intake on the front, 1x out back and 1x out the topback. My first thought was doing it towards the top given that heat rises pretty much but maybe if i point it back towards the I/O vertical to the 3x inntake fans on the front maybe the airflow is better? Any opinions and thoughts are welcome and thanks guys!
  3. Yeah I checked every review available for every card and ruled the thicc out immediately lol. The only one that no big channel would review was the strix for some reason. Maybe they all have the same performance across all gpu's?
  4. Thanks for the answers There are plenty the thicc 2, The gigabyte gaming oc, the sapphire pulse but the cheapest is the ASRock Challenger Tho every single one of these only has like a $50 usd difference with the ROG strix
  5. Hey guys. My question is as simple as the title, in Newegg Argentina the ROG Strix is actually cheaper and in stock right now sooo what do you say?
  6. Lol ok as it turns out several custom Rx 500 XT models just became available and luckily I didn't buy either card yet. Might in the end go for a ROG Strix 5700 XT. Thank you everyone
  7. Hey guys i have been struggling between these two gpus for their $1 usd difference in price. I'm from argentina and newegg has them both available at the moment of creating this thread. The points wich make me unsure which one to pick are build quality, cooling and performance, given that if there happens to be a problem me being from argentina and the cards shipping from the US may cause trouble if a return is required. So i want to make the safest choice possible all things considered.I haven't been able to find reviews of the windforce x3 oc version of the 2070 super or the 2060 super strix for that matter, i'm aiming for 1080p 144hz in a room where in summer things can get a bit hot where the pc will be located, hence my interest in a good cooling version. As for the performance i'm not sure if the strix wich has a bigger oc clock may cut the difference closer with the 2070s windforce x3 given it's smaller factory OC or if maybe despite that, the architecture of the 2070s will still put it ahead of an oc'd 2060sAll help is greatly appreciatedAlso if you wonder why i didn't mention any of the rx 5700 xt as an option is because i'm tired of waiting for a good one to come out and also to be available for shipping to Argentina given that in newegg some newer models are available in the US but not for Argentina. And i don't mind to pay what amounts to almost $90 usd in difference for aither of the cards mentioned above
  8. Hi guys I have a problem deciding between these two models of the RTX 2060s and 2070s. I'm fixed in one of the two betting on ray tracing and Nvidia drivers. My main concern is cooling which is why I have my doubts. Maybe the performance of the two is close enough to go with the 2060s aorus for the better cooling or maybe not? I'm from Argentina and the price difference is around $25usd so I can afford either. What do you say?
