  1. Tried changing the curve in the bios, still doing the same
  2. I will give the fan curve a go, thanks and the core voltage is running at 1.440 V, not sure what that implies
  3. So, the clock speed doesn't go up when something is running on the pc, it is constantly at full clock speed. The only time anything changes is when the (i believe) the pump fan goes to full for 5 seconds, before pausing for 20 sec, and then another 5 sec of full blast. I will change the fan curves, so thank you so much for that :) but i would still like for my cpu to calm the fluff down :3
  4. Hi, I have just buildt a new pc using the 3700x cpu by amd and the kraken x52 cooler for it. The base clock should be at 3.6 hz, but it is constantly running at around 4.2 - 4.3 hz. The cooler increases speed to what sounds like full speed every 5 seconds or so. I have the balanced power settings applied in the windows power settings. the lates bios is installed for the asus rog strix x570-f, and the latest cpu driver is installed. I would like to know how to set the clock to stay at under 3.6 hz, and how to stop the fan from being this loud + decrease the temp of the cpu as well. thanks in advance - Charles
