Someone said its good for overclocking and internet said 4,2 is possible with it but i have no idea about anything.
hope for help to overclock it for stable for "24/7 " gaming .
dont want it at top of the maximum, but some stable new clockspeed shoud be ok iguess.

Motherboard : P5q-e
Processor : Intel core 2quad Q9650 3.0 ghz
Processor cooling : is acctualy some type of water cooling system but no idea about the name.
My ram : is not 4 times the same, must i overclock ram options in bios too or can i leave them on standart ? is there any difference ? https://prnt.sc/p210rg
