Normally I would be on your side, but without a digitizer it's useless for me

Hello, until now i used a T440p in combination with a thinkpad-tablet for university. Also I use the laptop for random surfing, and youtube stuff. But both of them are getting really bad. The performance of my tablet is laggy, and sometimes I'm not able to write down something, because windows is updating or a tiny thing is running in the background. And my thinkpad have seen better days, mainboard have a few issues, like DAC is defective and the charging-circuit is bad. So I decidet to upgrade, but my budget isn't the biggest one. I really need: 1. Active Digitizer, for writing math-stuff down. 2. 1080p or up display 3. decent battery time (at least 3h) 4. not really expensive I would like an ryzen 7 setup like the 3700u, so I'm at least able to play the one game I play while not at home (sea of thieves). For real gaming I have a gaming-pc, also for intense university software, like CAD-Stuff. I looked around and found the 1. HP ENVY x360 13-ar0106ng 827,08€ 2.
