thanks for the suggestion and i'll try to OC the ram and cpu and share the results later

The system that im using right now is Ryzen 3 1300X,DDR 8GB 2400,1TB HDD,GTX1660,MOBO PRIME A320 ASUS. I got frames around 70-60 for APEX. 120 FPS for CSGO DOTA 2 around 90-100 FPS all of these games in 1080p i got inconsistent FPS (low or high the same thing would happen) Sometimes can even drop to 30fps! Is it the CPU bottleneck my GPU performance cause i just got the GPU last month and thought that the FPS drop would be fix. or is it my HDD? really need help.
