I tryed to connect and configure with windows running and the Radeon software and Windows recognized the display, but when I change the input the display get a blackscreen with "no signal". I tryed to change bpc, refresh, reinstall the driver and everything. I think my dp port are dead

Hello guys! I bought a Samsung U28E590 and used it with 2.0 HDMI to get 4k at 60Hz. All good. Now I'm trying to use a DP cable but I'm always getting "No signal" screen. I know the display port is 1.2, so I've tested two cables 1.2 and nothing. My GPU is a RX480 8GB (by XFX with 3 DP ports at 1.4). The craziest thing is: when I turn on my pc and enter in setup, half of the screen "works" (freezed, but it show) and i get "No signal" warnning. Another craziest thing: when I turn off my pc the fans stop but the LEDs still on. I have another monitor with DP port adapter (to VGA) and it works fine. I tryed to use all ports of my GPU, include only the U28E590 plugged. I try everything. Can anyone help me? Thank you so much! My hardware if it helps: Gigabyte Z370m Aorus Gaming (I'm not sure but I think bios version is 10) XFX RX480 8GB (Blackplate) Intel i5-8400 Two Hyperx 8GB (2400) (C15)
