  1. @Constantin Well thing is I couldn't ramp it up even before I oc the CPU...
  2. Hi everyone, So I tried ramping up my memory speed to advertised on my new PC. But unsuccesfully, I have Asus Rog Strix B450-f gaming motherboard, Ryzen 5 2600 which I oc'd to 4.0Ghz in Ryzen master, ram is Team Group Delta R RGB 2x8GB 3000Mhz CAS 16 Timings 16-18-18-38. Tried D.O.C.P, manually but nothing PC restarts couple of times and I get msg Memory settings reset to default cuz failed to bood. I am complete and utter beginner to OC and would appreciate help and advices. Thnx
  3. @Spotty Reason why I chose used parts is cuz in my country any quality PSU, Corsair, Thermaltake etc is 100$+ for 50$ u can geat cheaper offbrand PSU which I don't feel confident buying. And 100$+ is a bit over third of my paycheck.
  4. @Spotty Yeah that is the PSU, currently at work so can't watch that video but thx will do when I get home. @Genwyn Yeah it is used PSU but got warranty, and its like 50$ this guy has a shop with used pc parts. Well I don't know, I mean I thought its gonna be good to get that kinda PSU for later upgrades, as wife is planing to use that PC for gaming.
  5. @Fasauceome sorry about not tagging, u missunderstod me, it wouldn't boot at all. Everything gets spinning but blank screen on 530w PSU not showing boot logo, BIOS or anything. My guess not enough juice to power it properly.
  6. Well thing is I have my old PSY Thermaltake 530w Hamburg, and when I power up PC, fans start spinning and everything but actually boot up, once I put in my Thermaltake Smart SE 730w powers n boots instantly, so thats the reason I wanted to go higher in wattage.
  7. Hi everyone, so I'm building pc for my wife aand ran into some trouble I got her HX750w Corsair PSU and it can't fit in the case (dumb I didn't check lenght). Now I've found FSP Aurum 750w gold psu and by mesurements it can fit but one thing is jumping on my mind I saw it has 4 +12v rails each on 18A my question now is can it supply this pc without problems. As I don't understand how single +12v rail works versus multiple +12v rails Phenom II x6 1055t Gigabyte 870A-ud3 Sapphire Nitro+ RX 480 4GB Ms Aquarius RGB case 1TB seagate sshd Noctua (something ) cpu cooler
  8. I got Ryzen 2600 and RX 580 8GB and gotta say even tho its slight bottleneck still runs lets say Black Desert Online which has Remastered graphics mode aand it is demanding still run in darn smooth no problems.
  9. Update: So after testing another PSU on my rig sound was still there, and came to an conclusion that it was always there but cuz the sound is so weak, zou can hear it only when you put your ear really close to GPU figured it was always there I just couldn't hear it cuz well AMD stock cooler was a bit louder than this Freezr 34 esports DUO, when back in the case you can't really hear it. So I guess problem solved.
  10. Update: So I came home from work and took my time to take everything out of the case and inspect properly. Apparently I can hear that crackling/buzzing/static noise in the PSU when I put my ear next to it, and in the GPU almost 100% sure that it is comming from PCie slot. Any Ideas?
  11. @RejZoR yeah, I get that thing is I used same settings as before and never had that noise, until yesterday.
  12. Well i've been using RX 580 over a month now never had that problem. Until I put RX 480 in my pc to test it. And I forgot to mention when I swaped RX 480 in my pc newest drivers couldn't recognise the GPU so I did DDU uninstall and installed 17.x.x version which worked with RX 480.. Could that cause this issue?
  13. Hi y'all I'm new on the forum. So about month or so I've built new PC Ryzen 5 2600 Gigabyte B450m DS3 16GB DDR4 G.Skill Aegis Gigabyte RX 580 8GB Gaming GPU Thermaltake Smart SE730 modular psu Kingston 240GB SSD WD 1TB HDD And yesterday I bought Arctic Cooler Freezr 34 esports DUO And now I was getting some parts building Gaming rig for my wife Got an Sapphire Nitro+ RX 480 4GB gpu I swaped it into my rig to test it out a bit and heard weak strange buzz like, static sound coming outa GPU when I run games or unigine heaven once I close it all goes fine. (Now u think coil whine but wait) after that I swaped in my RX 580 and had the same exact sound coming from it which was never there before the swap... Any advice will be really helpful. Thnx
