  1. Thaiphoon Burner is where I checked the SPD properties.
  2. Tried Try It as well, same thing, fails to post. Even at same speed, tighter timings.
  3. I've tried 1.4V on it (stock is 1.35V). No good. I'm tired of resetting CMOS because every time it fails to post.
  4. I have a set of 2x 8GB GSkill Trident Z RGB 3200 CL16 (part number ends with GTZR). This thing won't OC at all, won't even let me do slightly tighter timings. It's paired with a 5600X and a B450 Tomahawk MAX. It's supposed to be B-Die - but did I get a crappy chip wrapped in fancy metal?
  5. F4-3200C16D-16GTZR I'm trying to achieve 3600 at at least CL16.
  6. DRAM Calculator doesn't seem to have an option for Zen3 CPUs yet
  7. It already runs at 1.35V by default, I'm a little reluctant to kick it up to 1.4V, though I suspect the Try It! feature does actually try that.
  8. I'm running it with a Ryzen 5600X on a B450 Tomahawk MAX motherboard. Been trying to use the "Memory Try It!" feature but it won't even boost to 3433 on loose-ish timings - it doesn't even post. What gives?
  9. Pretty much what the title says. The update is 7c02v39, and the changelog says it has been updated to AGESA 1.1.0.0 - is this all that's needed for me to be able to run the Ryzen 5600X I'm planning to buy?
  10. So I'm going to the nearby computer shop tomorrow to check out a Dell Optiplex 7010 SFF he's got lying around. The use case I have in mind for it is a budget home server for occasional Plex use, Apache webserver, PiHole, local cloud storage, etc. Will the PSU on it (I don't have info about the make and model yet) be okay to run 24x7?
  11. Hey guys, just about ready to do my build - have most of the parts. Here's the part list: 1. Ryzen 3 3500 2. GTX 1650 Super 3. BenQ 22" 1080P 60 Hz Monitor 4. 500 GB M.2 SATA SSD 5. Corsair CX550 PSU What capacity UPS would I need to run this PC? I need it just to give me enough time to save/quit what I'm doing and shut the PC down, preferable when it is at full load. I do half the occasional power outage at my place, and would like to protect against that.
  12. So basically if I clone the MAC of my old (registered with ISP) ONT, it should connect to the internet as if it's still the old ONT communicating with the WAN, yeah?
  13. Basically, I got a new ONT modem. I have a good fibre link but the device MAC isn't registered with the ISP yet, my old ONT's is. If I put my new ONT in bridge mode, configure PPPoE on the router, and clone the MAC of the old router using the custom MAC option on the router, will I be able to get internet? Or will the ISP still see the MAC of the ONT?
  14. Are you sure your server and client devices actually have gigabit adapters?
  15. In addition, file download speeds are 12-14 MB/s (=96-104 Mbps) consistently. So the "true" internet speed is as advertised. Only speedtest.net seems reluctant to fall in line for no apparent reason.
