But thanks for the sugesstions but the problem was i needed to disable something in startup settings

actually i dont know how to get that ut i think its because i use a laptop and dont want to damage it

i already tried that. I unninstalled the drivers and reinstalled them i downloaded the drivers from my computers manufacuruer website and tried to start the services. But none of that fixed my problem

when i try to connect to my bluetooth speakers i cant, but when i open settings/devices/bluetooth & other devices. i see on every bluetooth device it says "driver error". can someone please help me as soon as possible. and sorry if this is in the wrong topic im new here
