  1. I don't know of any Italian online stores that sell laptops, as I said I searched Amazon, eBay and manufacturers' online stores.
  2. Fhd panel is fine but it must be a good ips panel, you know for photo editing. What you mean by local stores?
  3. I don't like Macs and the only issue with the xps is the price.
  4. As I said for photo editing, some 1080p video editing, taking notes, writing papers and stuff like this. It should be a pretty light device, I mean just not a bulky gaming laptop. The display size range is 13-15" and a good 4k would be best. A good battery life of 7-10 hours of normal use would be good enough. About online stores, I don't really know, I searched on Amazon, eBay, Dell's official web store and HP's official web store. Thanks again
  5. Hello there, I'm here to ask for some advice. I intend to buy a new laptop, for productivity (photo editing and video editing) and university related work (taking notes, saving notes, writing papers), I'm from italy and here the VAT is pretty high (22%), so prices here are a little higher. My budget ranges between 1000-1500 euros. I'm looking for a laptop with a good cpu (i7 or a good i5, even ryzen equivalents are fine, although I'd like to have thuderbolt); 8 GB of ram would be just fine, a good ssd 256 or 512 GB; no dedicated gpu or a low end one; a good display 1080p would be enough though I'd really like a 4k display, most important to me is color accuracy, because I own a DSLR and I'd like to use my PC to export my RAWs; I'm an intense typer so a good keyboard; good build quality in general. I've browsed a bit on my own and didn't manage to make a choice, dell xps 13 and 15 were the most appealing to me but 4k displays are expensive and with the 15 inches you easily go beyond 2000, Hp's 2 in 1 don't look bad and unfortunately Razer's laptops are unavailable in my country, at least through their official website and hard to find on ebay or amazon. I thank you for any help you'll give me.
