Sorry I should have listed my games: GTA5, BF5, Apex Legends, Fortnite, Tomb Raider games, FF14 online, Minecraft BO4, ARK Survival, Etc. I play a ton of games but the ones that lag the most are the ones like Apex Legends that have fast actions and movements. Attached is a benchmark I JUST completed.

Also another possibility that could help explain this problem is that the FPS almost always drops to the same number which is 90. 90 isnt a bad FPS but when it drops it makes it feel like its 10 FPS and is completely unplayable. Please help!!!
