  1. Hello All, I have had a look at other posts that are similar but not identical to my issue. My current problem is more annoying than debilitating. When I turn computer on Fans go full throttle initially which is fine. As others have said this is part of the checks. Computer also Turns off correctly. However When i either 1. Restart the computer via windows, or 2. Turn computer off by windows and press the Case On button the Pc will attempt to boot with the fans once again going full throttle but the computer does not boot. As a work around I have to switch the computer off at the main power point and then turn it back on at the p/point and then press the Pc case button. Im guessing its a bios setting that needs to be changed , What do you think peeps ? The build is as follows: Ryzen 3700X CPU;MSI Nvidia RTX 2070 Super GPU, X470 ProGaming Carbon Mobo, 32 GB Corsair Vengaince 3200Mhz DDR4 RAM, ADATA 1TB 8200 pro, m.2 SSD Cooler master M530P Case along with corsair ML360 AIO Liquid cooling; 1x 500GB sata Westerndigital Blue SSD + 1x 500GB M.2 Westerndigital Blue SSD. Corsair 850 W rm850x. Acer predator 34' Monitor , Logitech Lightspeed G502 Mouse. Thanks
  2. Ye, I don't play much online games any more. I'm in uni atm but when I had more free time I streamed my games. When you say format do you mean Gsync or Freesync ? I get what you mean about getting back to the basics. running up walls and that sort of thing did my nut in .
  3. That's a cool and efficient way to go about it though. I don't even want to mention how much my current build cost, it's crazy. But i figure it will be a new build every 8 years or there abouts ... not that bad for an 8 year period I guess. You mentioned that your waiting for the new cod? from an online perspective or for the storyline aspect ?
  4. Thanks : ) Ye I second guessed myself on the SSD's aswell . I couldn't be bothered having a Partitioned SSD, also wanted to fill up the other M.2 slot. I'll buy a 2 TB for the next SSD (For Older games and Audio production stuff) and then she'll be sweet. What are you looking to build ?
  5. Ye living near the Coast in QLD has produced a bit of Rust on some of the parts as well, so i might just give it a bit of a dust refurbish and replace some of the fans . Whats weather like in NZ atm? Once I finish Uni i want to go and have a squizz at the south Island (I'm from Wales U.K originally)
  6. I am mistaken, it's a GTX 960 (not ti) . Ye it is getting on a bit now Final fantasy themed because of the Figures and wallpapers ye. I also name most of my devices something Final fantasy related. The last computer 8 years ago was named Bahamut.
  7. Some one please make a reverse Karma mod for this game.... so the bad things you get rewarded for and the good thing punished for. Would make the game far more entertaining. I'm a bit over playing the Pacifist role especially when i'm expected to grant mercy to people who have just attempted to lynch me in the game. The moment i shot the surrendered person, my screen went black and a noise played, I immediately knew why and felt like I didn't want to play anymore. It strangles the RPG element of games by having this as a feature. Same goes with Deus Ex. Like the old Baldurs gate games, it would be far better to choose your alignment and then stick to that, because at least then you still have a choice.
  8. I think the link Deleted some of my Text. I would end up setting it up next to my current comp so the misses can play some games (not 2019 games) or alternatively I would use it as a plex/ download computer.
  9. Hello All, I have recently built a new computer and so > I would like to utilize my old computer the old parts are as follows . Cooler Master V8 HeatPipe Universal Cooler Antec Dark Fleet DF-35 Gaming Case no PSU Corsair TX-850 ATX Power Supply 140mm fan Corsair CMX6GX3M3A1600C9 6GB (3x XMS3 2GB) PC-12800 (1600MHz) XMSP DDR Intel Core i7 950 Processor LGA1366 3.06GHz 8MB Cache CPU Gigabyte GA-X58A-UD5 Ver2.0 DDR3 2100 SATA3 USB3.0 RAID 2GLAN Seagate SATA III 500GB 16m Cache sus GTX560 1G TOP DCII 2DI GDDR5 I would look to remove everything from the computer , buy a new case dust everything off increase the ram (the power supply and graphics card have changed) GPU is now Geforce GTX 960TI which would be the newest part in the "old" computer. Oh and the computer boots from a SSD now. Alternatively should i just buy a cheap MOBO/ RYZEN CPU and some ram and just keep the graphics card? What do you suggest, Cheers.
