So this is the list of components I'm using:
motherboard: gigabyte z390 aorus pro
cpu: 9700k
cpu cooler: NZXT Kraken X62 280mm
ram: 16gbx1 Patriot Viper Steel Series 3200MHz
ssd: ADATA XPG SX8200 Pro 1TB
psu: EVGA SuperNOVA 750 G+, 80 Plus Gold 750W, Fully Modular
I haven't installed the gpu yet.
So I bought a usb drive with windows 10 pro on it, and wanted to use it to install windows on my new build. The motherboard is recognizing the usb, and I'm able to choose it as the boot device. However, after selecting the usb as the boot device the computer just hangs at the black-background-with-windows-logo screen(as one of the attached images). So I tried multiple things and was able to actually get to the installation by booting from the usb in safe mode. After installation(as shown as the other attached image), it goes to restart the PC. However, after restarting the PC still just hangs at the black-background-with-windows-logo screen.
What could be wrong? I heard it could be due to faulty ram. But switching between the two rams I have doesnt work either.
Please help. I feel rekt.
