  1. Of course, this is the first thing I tested. And like I said, even with fans at max speed, it wasn't making any difference.
  2. Many thanks ! Now I need to figure how to open my card and change that paste ?
  3. Well, I see mostly on tests or videos of 1080 that is shouldn't be that hot. Maybe Turing cards are differents in term of temp ? The card is already more than 2 years old, don't have any warranty anymore. Any advice about the thermal that I should use ?
  4. Hi everybody, Title. I have a MSI GTX 1080 Gaming X. It is working correctly (I guess ?) but when I'm playing, it is always around 80 - 83°C (45-50°C idle) while my room temp is 28°C (or less with air conditioning). And I don't think that's something normal. I tried to put the fan at the max speed, it doesn't change anything. I thought it could be the thermal past that need to be changed, but I never done that before. So, what do you think ? Oh and, doesn't change anything if I open the case or not... so it's not related to my case. Thanks !
  5. Hi everybody ! The subtitle of this forum is saying I can say hi here so... here I am. I'm a little french baguette, living in France (just in case you were wondering). I'm a kind of a geek and a PC enthusiast. I also have Xbox One X and PS4 Pro, but I don't use them a lot. I'm watching LTT since like 2 years with few other great youtubers like Jay, bitwit, Steve... etc. And I'm here to talk about everything that come in my mind but mostly related to tech. I'm working in IT so, there's always tech in my mind. I'm also plan next year to go to the LTX (Yes that's far from me !). I would love to go there and meet all the LTT team and other amazing peoples, I'm actually just waiting for the date for next year to make my plan. It will also be the opportunity to visit Canada and Vancouver as well. Thanks guys !
