I didn’t I was going to play with all that after I got windows installed

Build Msi Meg Ace z390 Gskill royal f4-3200C14D-16GTRS Intel 9900k 1080ti founders with evga hybrid cooler 970 Samsung NVME 500g PSU evga supernova 1000 So I just finished building my first Pc and I couldn’t get it to install windows it would just freeze . First I thought it was my ram so I went to the motherboard website and found compatible ram but still the same problem. Next I returned my motherboard got a new one but still the same problem. Now I need some advice what should I do get another processor what should my next step be. And I don’t have anyone near me that has a 8th or 9th gen processor so I can’t test if it’s the processor. Plz help me with some advice I will be grateful

So I am building my new pc and I want to get the dark base pro 900 rev 2 but I don’t want to use the included fan controller is it possible for me to remove it and use my Nzxt controller. From what I’ve learned if I remove the fan controller some of the front I/O won’t work like the chi charger if that’s all that doesn’t work in the case it’s not a big deal I really just want the case for it’s design if anyone can help me who has knowledge about this case and it’s fan controller I will be very grateful. Thank you
