  1. I am having a problem where my audio will cut out when my cpu is under high loads. At first, it only happened when I was transferring large amount of files from one drive to another, where the audio wouldn't work until the task was completed. Then, it started to happen while I was loading applications, ie. photoshop, after affects, even games. Now, it happens when I'm in game playing Apex Legends, the audio will cut out for a couple seconds. Could this be a CPU problem? A USB problem? I use wireless HyperX Cloud headphones. A motherboard problem? Thanks for your help System: Ryzen 2700x Prism Wraith Cooler 16GB Corsair Vengeance 3000Mhz Gigabyte Aorus B450 Elite 1TB Samsung 970 Evo 500 Western Digital Sata m.2 SSD 2TB Western Digital Black HDD Zotac 1070ti 650W EVGA PSU
  2. Thanks for your help!
  3. Hey, I have a 500gb m.2 sata ssd in my pc and due to space issues, I want to upgrade to a 1tb nvme drive. On my motherboard, aorus b450 elite, will I be able to run my 500gb drive in the lower m.2 slot?
  4. Hi, I built my first pc back in december of 2018 and I have seen some videos online about modding pc cases. Ive have recently bought a bunch of accessories for my pc to make it my own, but would love to take it further. I just dont know where to start!! My case is a phanteks p300 thanks
  5. @Crunchy Dragon I could but I like to play csgo in strechted res, and as far as I know you cant play stretched and windowed borderless.
  6. I have a problem where when CSGO is in fullscreen mode, and I click on another application on my second monitor, CSGO minimizes. I tried to put the recommended, SDL_VIDEO_MINIMIZE_ON_FOCUS_LOSS=0 %command%, into my launch options but CSGO won't run with the command in. I get a error that says it can't find, SDL_VIDEO_MINIMIZE_ON_FOCUS_LOSS=0 %command%. Do you guys have any idea what' happening here??? Thanks for the help.
  7. I have a dual monitor setup and when I have a fullscreen application, (usually csgo), on monitor one, and a windowed app (like discord) on monitor two. My problem is when Im in csgo, and click discord it minimizes csgo and moves discord to the 1st monitor. This is very annoying and Im wondering if anyone has a fix for it. Thanks
  8. What is IIRC? My monitor that the logos appear on is a HDMI monitor so does that mean that I cant fix it because I only have one HDMI port on my monitor???
  9. I recently got a new monitor and my old one is now my second monitor set in windows. My problem is when I start my computer the bios turns on and then the windows icon, but all on my second monitor. Then is switches to my primary monitor on the login screen and my second one go blank. Why is the second monitor blank when in the login page??? By the way after I log in to windows the second monitor comes back to life, so it’s not broken. Thanks for the help.
  10. @woodenmaker, thank you for the opinion, this is exactly the type of answer I needed.
  11. @WoodenMarker Im planning to get noctua chromax fans for the front of my case, I just don’t know if I should put static pressure fans or airflow fans, do to the front panel restricting airflow. My case is the phanteks P300.
  12. I'm looking to put fans into my case, currently only have the free one that came with my case. I understand the difference between static pressure fans and airflow fans, but don't know which work best for case fans. Is it okay if I put airflow optimized intake fans in the front of the case, or with the front panel make it hard for those fans to get air, and if so should I put static pressure fans there instead. Thanks for the help.
  13. @CPPrince @fasauceome, I found the fix the the problem, all I needed to do was uninsrall the drivers for my gpi and then reinstall them. Thanks for your help!
  14. @CPPrince maybe, but i plugged the monitor into another pc, using DisplayPort, and the colors looked fine. I also plugged the monitor into my main pc using an hdmi cable, and the colors looked fine. This leads me to think it is a software problem with displayport.
