i bought redragon zeus hg10 today when i plug it to my pc through usb cable the right ear and the mic dont work but when i plug it with 3.5 mm cable both work whats causing it?

jordan, saying my budget isnt useful because in my country they oncrease prices alot and i cant buy from amazon because proce will increase even more but you can say its 800$, gaming mainly weight doesnt matter and i would try to get a battery that last 2-4 hours of normal use not gaming -

Should i buy acer nitro 5 with GTX 1050 3GB 8GB DDR4 ram I5 9300H 1TB + 128 SSD. OR acer aspire GTX 1050 (not Ti) 4GB 8GB DDR4 ram I7 8750H 1TB HDD. i need it for gaming and studying i want the best in gaming and cooling system the difference in price is 42$ is the I7 hotter? is gtx 3gb worse than 4gb?
