I made the unfortunate choice a few years ago to purchase the Samsung Galaxy Book 2 from Sprint. At the time, it had cellular data, and functioned, and that's what I required. I have since changed employment, and no longer require a cellular enabled tablet. Now I have a POS tablet thing, with full windows installed, running on a mobile processor that was just so so when it was installed in 2019. I thought to myself, hey, Chrome OS flex promises to make terrible hardware run better right? Enter attempting to boot OS Flex from a USB flash drive. I was able to make the boot loader on my pc no problems. The problems come when attempting to boot from the drive on the "laptop". I have tried the following: disable secure boot change boot order disable all but usb in the boot menu in bios boot directly from the stick using the f10 boot menu boot from the stick in windows recovery mode Every attempt made has led to windows booting normally, with zero hint of attempting to boot from anything other than the on board storage. Side note, legacy boot is not available, the advanced section of the bios contains only the purchase date of the glass and aluminum paperweight and nothing else. TLDR: tried everything I can think of to boot os flex on a pos samsung, won't work, please help.

That would be all well and good, except for the fact that I've been going back and forth with support for a month now, and they are telling me my proof of purchase is not proofy enough as it's a picture of GameStop's computer screen showing the purchase on my in store account, as game stop is not able to reprint the receipt for me. They are incompetent and entirely against helping their customers. I looked on reddit, and hundreds of people are having a problem with the headphones. I'm just done with Razer at this point. They refuse to help their customers, they sell bunk products at exorbitant prices, and their stuff isn't even good when it does work. Selling all the razer stuff I got for my fiance, and getting her something actually reliable with good customer support.

I have a pair of the Razer kraken kitty bt in the quarts color way, and they will not connect to the Razer synapse app at all. My fiancee has the huntsman mini in mercury, which connects to synapse just fine, and the death adder V2 which also connects fine. She likes the fact that they sync with her Sims game so she doesn't want to get a different brand. The headphones absolutely will not detect in the synapse app on the PC at all. We tried on both her and my PC, zero luck. They do pair with the phone app and the colors can be set there, but that defeats the purpose. I contacted Razer support about a month or so ago, and told them what was happening. They walked me through basic troubleshooting steps and decided to escalate the issue to their level two tech support. They had me collect the logs from Razer synapse and the logs from my windows event viewer, as well as all the basic information like the serial number of the product and my personal information. Sure, fine, no problem. But since it was escalate to level two, I have been emailed by at least five separate level two agents, and every single one of them asks me for the event logs, the synapse logs, the serial number, and my information. It's been three weeks I think, and they are still asking for the logs?! Which to my best guess, means they are not reading the previous interactions between me and their other agents, and they are not even started on attempting to replicate the issue on their end to eventually rma the headset, which I feel is what will eventually happen once they take their sweet time doing who knows what. This ended up a bit of a rant, but I don't know what action I should be taking, if this is how they treat their customers normally I want no part of their company. Ps. the headphones work fine as headphones over blue tooth (why is there not an 1/8" Jack on them to use them wired, what?) It's only the synapse connection that is the issue TLDR; Razer tech support is a nightmare and I could use some advice on how to move forward.

Wait I might be stupid, it shows disk 0 and disk 1 at the bottom... how do I make Disk 1 not say unallocated and work as a disk drive?

I am trying to upgrade the Fiances pc from a 2TB HDD to a 1TB 2.5" SSD. I popped the case open, plugged the SSD in, and there was nothing showing under this pc. I checked disk manager, and there is nothing there either. I went into BIOS, and the disk is showing no problem. I also was unable to locate the drive through the command prompt thing. The western digital dashboard does however detect the ssd and shows that it is unallocated 1000.2 GB. I am at a loss, please help me.

I am currently using the XBOX games pass thing on my pc to play Forza and other xbox games with my friends that have xbox one, and when I go into the social tab, under friends, it always says my friends are offline, and I cannot join their party without them inviting me first. My friend is online, sitting accross the room from me, and the other friends are online with him. I went through Xbox's troubleshooting steps, ensuring my NAT is set to open for the application, reset the application, and restarted everything. Any Ideas how to get them to show online?

does that apply to the xbox on pc beta thing that allows you to use the game pass?

I think I figured it out. I was using one of the new model ps4 controllers with the light bar in the touchpad, just finally tried my other controller and it connected flawlessly no issues. If anyone figures out how to use a new controller let me know.

I uninstalled ds4windows, I installed the scpDriver, and it's still not detecting... it shows the controller when I go to controllers but it says No Controllers Found when I hit start.

I have downloaded the tool, and it detects the controller when I go to controllers, but it won't start when I click the start button in the bottom right. Is there something else I need to do?

I have a ps4 and a pc, my friends play Forza Horizon 4 on the Xbox one. I am trying to use my DS4 to play on the xbox for pc thing, and I found the only way to get the pc to detect the ps4 controller is to use ds4windows. I installed the program, and the controller works... ish. The controller is detected and the controller will sort of drive the car, but it wont work in any menus and when i try to steer and accellerate at the same time, it freaks out and i get little snippets of one and then the other, but not both at once. I tried messing with the settings, but am not entirely sure what I'm doing. Also I do not have a bluetooth card in my PC, I am using the controller on a micro USB plugged into the USB 3.0 on the computer. If anyone has any tips, please.
